• GISE™ (GenAI-Integrated Software Engineering) development services
• AI Solutions development and implementation
• Talent Augmentation services
• AI Bootcamp training programs
• Consulting and advisory services

3. User Obligations

As a user of our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when requested
• Use our services only for lawful purposes
• Not interfere with or disrupt our services or servers
• Respect intellectual property rights
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Maintain the confidentiality of any login credentials

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, materials, and intellectual property on our website and in our services, including but not limited to:

• GISE™ methodology and related materials
• Website design, text, graphics, and software
• Training materials and curriculum
• Proprietary algorithms and code
• Trademarks and logos

Are owned by Wanyana.africa or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

5. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability of our services, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time with or without notice. We shall not be liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of services.

6. Payment Terms

6.1 Service Fees

Fees for our services will be clearly communicated before engagement. Payment terms will be specified in individual service agreements or contracts.

6.2 Bootcamp Fees

Bootcamp fees must be paid according to the payment schedule provided upon enrollment. Refund policies will be clearly stated in the bootcamp enrollment agreement.

7. Confidentiality

We understand that in the course of providing our services, we may have access to confidential information. We commit to maintaining the confidentiality of all client information and will not disclose such information to third parties without explicit consent, except as required by law.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wanyana.africa shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits or revenue
• Loss of data or information
• Business interruption
• Loss of business opportunities

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service that gave rise to the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Wanyana.africa, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate service agreements with appropriate notice as specified in individual contracts. We reserve the right to terminate access to our services immediately if you violate these terms or engage in any harmful or illegal activities.

11. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Uganda. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Uganda.

12. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, labor disputes, or government actions.

13. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

14. Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions will continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.
